• Free shipping on all orders over $75
• All orders will be shipped within 3 business days.
• Orders will be shipped through Australia Post or Fastway Couriers and Tracking Numbers will be provided.
• Currently we do not ship the glass bottles internationally.
• ByMe products are packed with care with minimal use of plastic. We use cardboard boxes, recycled enviro padded satchels, and void fillers such as newspaper.

Refunds and exchanges

• If an item is damaged during shipping ByMe will resend the item free of charge.
• ByMe does not except returns or offer refunds due to change of mind. Before submitting your order please make sure you read all descriptions and view all of the images provided. Additional photos are provided with a request.
• ByMe has a 30 day money back guarantee. If there is a problem with any of your products please get in touch and we will sort it out straight away.
