How to care for your foaming pumps

There is a lot going on inside the pump to create all that fabulous foam.  To maintain your pump it needs to be flushed out regularly to ensure soap residue doesn’t build up and cause it to jam. flush out your pump regularly To flush out the pump, fill the bottle, or another glass, with clean hot water. Pump and pump and pump the water through until you can do 10 pumps with no sign of any soap in the water coming through. Do this every few weeks to keep your pump in good working order. troubleshooting

• Check the small tube that connects to the pump isn’t pushed in too far. Pull it out slightly.
• If the pump is sticking flush out the pump as outlined above and keep on pumping until it pumps freely.
